Igihe Aburahamu yerekana umutima wogutanga umwana wiwe Isaka, Imana yaciye imuha iri sezerano:
Kandi mu ruvyaro rwawe ni ho amahanga yose yo mw’isi azohererwa umugisha, kuko wanyumviye (Ita. 22:18).
Intumwa Paulo yerekana kw’iri sezerano ryahawe Aburahamu n’ uruvyaro rwiwe, s’imvyaro mu bwinshi, kand’urwo ruvyaro ni Kristo (raba Gal. 3:16). Muri Kristo amahanga cank’ubwoko bwose n’imiryango y’abari kw’isi ni hobazoherwa imigisha. Iri sezerano ryahawe Aburahamu ririmwo ubwoko bwose bw’abanyamahanga bari kw’isi kuko bose baremwe ngo bazobe muri Kristo. Ubwo bwoko buratandukanye no hagati muri bwo kuko buba mu mihingo itandukanye. Ubwoko buratandukanye n’imico ubwayo iratandukanye nkukw’indimi zitandukanye. Imana ishaka kw’abo bantu bose tudoondaguye binjira muri Kristo, ni co catumye Yesu apfa ku musaraba (raba 1 Yohana 2:2).
N’aho Yesu yavuzekw’inzira ijana mw’ijuru ipfunganye, kand’abayicamwo ari bake (raba Mat. 7:14), intumwa Yohana yaratwijeje yuk’ubwoko bwose buzogira uwubuserukira mu bwami bw’Imana bugiye kuza:
Hanyuma y’ivyo mbona ishengero ryinshi, ata woshobora kuriharura, bo mu mahanga yose n’imiryango yose n’amoko yose n’indimi zose, bahagaze imbere y’iyo ntebe n’imbere y’Umwagazi w’Intama, bambaye imvune zera, bari n’amashami y’ibigazi mu minwe: basemerera n’ijwi rirenga, bat’”Agakizi n’ak’Imana yacu ivyagiye kur’irya ntebe n’ak’Umwagazi w’Intama” (Ivyah. 7:9-10, dushimikiye ku nsobanuro).
Abana b’Imana bagira igishika cinshi cokwifatanya n’iryo shengero ryinshi rigizwe n’ubwoko butandukanye buzohagarara imbere y’intebe y’inganji y’Imana umusi umwe!
Abamisiyoneri benshi bafise integuro zo kubwiriza ibihumbi vy’amako “ahishijwe” mw’isi. Bategura yuko ubwoko bwose bugira ishengero rizima. Iki ciyumviro ni ciza cane kuko Yesu yadutegetse kuja mw’isi “duhindure amahanga kuba abigishwa (canke, ubwoko bwose)” (Mat. 28:19). Integuro z’abana b’abantu, n’aho zoba nziza, igihe zitiisunga uburongozi bwa Mpwemu Yera, zikora ibibi kurata ivyiza. Ni nkenerwa cane gukurikira uburongozi bw’Imana igihe tugomba kwubaka ubwami bwayo. Yaraduhaye inyigisho n’impanuro nyinshi mu gikorwa co kugira abigishwa mw’isi. Si ca gice kimwe gusa dusanga muri Matayo 28:19.
Ikintu nyamukuru gikunda kwibagirwa n’abaharanira gushitsa Itegeko Rikuru n’ukw’Imana isumba abantu bose kuvuga ubutumwa, bibagira ko dutegerezwa gukorana na yo. Ntishika ko tuyikorera gusa. Ni yo ifise umutwaro urengeye uwo abantu bagira ku vyo gushikiriza abantu bose ubutumwa bwiza. Ikoresha ubuhinga n’ubushobozi budsasanzwe mu gushitsa iyo ntumbero. Yari, n’ubu iracari mu ntumbero yatuma ipfira ku musaraba. Ivyo yabiteguye ata muntu n’umwe araremwa, n’ubu iracafise iyo nteguro! Ukwo ni kwo kwitanga!
“Kuzana Amahanga Yose kuri Kristo” (“Wining the World For Christ”)
Igihe cose dusoma ivyete vyo mw’Isezerano Rishasha, nta bunebwe tubona mu bizera (nko muri iki gihe). “Duhaguruke tujane na Kriso mu mahanga!” Abakristo ba mbere n’abarongozi babo baratahuye kw’Imana ikorena n’ukwitanga kwabo mu gucungura isi. Baratahuye kw’igikorwa cabo ari ugukorana nayo no kurongorwa nayo. Nimba hari umuntu yabitahuye neza, intumwa Paulo ni iyambere, nta muntu “yamuzanye kuri Kristo.” Yakijijwe n’igikorwa c’Imana ubwayo igihe yari mu nzira aja i Damasiko. Luka yizerakw’igitabo c’Ivyakozwe n’Intumwa ari urukurikirane rw’inyigisho n’ibikorwa vya Yesu. Yacishiriza mu bakozi basizwe amavuta na Mpwemu kandi bemera gukorana no kurongorwa na We.
Iyo abakristo ba mbere badahaguruka ngo “Bave aho baba bagashingira intahe ababanyi bakizera Kristo” igikorwa cabo co kwubaka ubwami bw’Imana cobaye ikihe? Abadafise amabango adasanzwe canke badafise amavuta yo kwamamaza Kristo (intumwa n’abavugabutumwa) bariyeza bakumvira Imana n’abakozi bayo. Baritegurira guha inyishu umuntu wese ababajije canke arwanya inyanduruko y’ukwizera kwabo. Petero yanditse ati,
Yamara naho mwobabazwa muhorwa ukugororoka, mwoba muhiriwe. Ntimuze-mutinye ivyo babakangisha, ntimuhagarike imitima, ariko mwubahe Kristo mu mitima yanyu kw’ari we Mwami, muhore mwiteguye kwishura umuntu wese ababajije inyanduruko y’ivyizigiro biri muri mwebwe, ariko muri n’uburwa-neza, mutinya, mufise imitima itarimw’ijwi ribagiriza ikibi, kugira ngo no kuvyo muvu-gwa nabi, abatuka ingeso zanyu nziza zo muri Kristo bamaramare (1 Pet. 3:14-16).
Menyakw’abo bakristo Petero yandikiye bari mu mibabaro. Abakristo badatandukanye n’isi, isi ntishobora kubahama (birumvikana). Ni kimwe mu bituma ahantu henshi kw’isi tutumva inkuru z’abakristo bahamwa—ni ukw’abiyita abakristo babayeho nka ab’isi. Abo ntibari mu gitigiri c’abakristo babushitse ni co gituma ata muntu ahobora kubahama. Mbabazwa n’uko ubwo bwoko bw’abiyita “abakristo” ari bwo bwama buremeshwa buri wa mungu ngo “bushingire intahe ababanyi babo.” Igihe bashingiye intahe ababanyi babo, ababanyi baratangara kwumba ko bamaze (nk’uko biyita) kuvuka ubwa kabiri. Igisongera isibe, n’uko “ubutumwa” babwira ababanyi babo Atari “inkuru nziza”, ntibazi kw’agakiza k’Imana gatandukanye n’ibikorwa vyiza. Abo bakristo “bakiriye Yesu nk’Umwami wabo” ariko ntibizeye Yesu nk’Umwami wabo.
Arikw’abakristo ba mbere (bizera Yesu nk’Umwami wabo) bari umuco mu mwiza, ni co gituma baticara ngo bigishwe cane ingene bashinga intahe canke ingene bobwira ababanyi babo ivyo kwizera Kristo. Bavuga ubutumwa igihe cose babajijwe canke barwanijwe ku vyo bizera. Bakenyera Yesu Umwami wabo bagata inyishu, nk’uko vyanditswe na Petero.
Itandukaniro risanzwe riri hagati y’abakristo b’iki gihe n’abakristo ba kera ni iri: abakristo b’iki gihe biyumvirak’umukristo arangwa n’ubumenye n’ukwizera—ivyo ni “ivyizerwa” dukubitirwa kumenya kukw’ari vyo idini ryacu ryenenako. Arikw’abakristo ba mbere bizera yuk’umukristo arangwa n’ivyo akora—ni co gituma bumvira cane amategeko ya Kristo. Biratangaje kumenya yukw’ata mukristo n’umwe mur’abo ba mbere yagira Bibiliya gushika mu kinjana ca cumi na kane. Ntibashobora “kwiga Bibiliya imisi yose” nk’abakristo b’iki gihe. Singomba kuvugakw’abakristo badakwiye gusoma Bibiliya imisi yose. Ndikomvuga gusa yukw’abakristo benshi bazi yuko gusoma Bibiliya biruta kuyumvira ico Bibiliya ibigisha. Turihayagiza tuvuga yukw’ari twebwe gusa twizera ukuri (tuvuga kw’ayandi madini 29,999 itangana n’iryacu). Ivyo turabivuga ariko ntiduheba urusaku, ububeshi no kwirundaniriza ubutunzi mw’isi.
Igihe dutakambira abantu tubingingira kwakira ubutumwa tubabwira, tuba turiko turavuga ubutumwa dukoresheje ibikorwa vyacu.
Imana, Umusiguzi Aruta Abandi (God, the Greatest Evangelist)
Reka turabe mu bwitonzi ingene Imana yubaka ubwami bwayo. Aho tugeza mu gutahura igikorwa cayo, niho tugeza mu gukorana nayo.
Abizera Yesu, bizeresha imitima yabo (raba Rom. 10:9-10). Bizera Umwami bakihana. Ubugombe bwabo bubogozwa n’ubugombe bw’Imana ivyagiye ku ngoma y’imitima yabo. Kwizera guhindura umutima.
Nk’uko nyene, abantu banse kwizera Yesu, bavyankira mu mitima yabo. Ntibashobora kwihana kuko banka Imana. Bahitamwo ubwabo kwigiza Yesu kure y’imitima yabo. Ukutizera ni ingingo umuntu afata kukw’adashaka guhinduka.
Yesu yaravuzekw’imitima y’abantu ikomantaye cane, ntawushobora kuza kuri we atazanywe na Data (raba Yohana 6:44). Imana ni Inyabuntu, yingingira umuntu wese kuza kuri Yesu mu buryo bumwe canke ubundi. Ivyo vyose bikoreka mu mitima, bizanwa n’ingene bahisemwo kworosha canke gukomantaza imitima yabo.
Ni ubuhe buryo Imana ikoresha mu gukwegera imitima y’abantu kuri Yesu?
Ubwa mbere, Ikoresha ivyo yaremye. Paulo yanditse ati,
Uburake bw’Imana bwarahishuwe, buvuye mw’ijuru, ubwo irakira ukutayumvira kwose n’ukugabitanya, banyikirisha ukuri ukugabitanya kwabo. Kukw’ivy’umuntu yomenya vy’Imana vyerekana muri bo, Imana ari yo yabiberetse. Kukw’ibitaboneka vyayo, ni vyo bushobozi bwayo budashira n’ubumana bwayo, bibonwa neza, uhereye ku kurema kw’isi, bimenyekanishwa n’ivyo yaremye, kugira ngo ntibagire ico bireguza (Rom. 1:18-20, dushimikiye ku nsobanuro).
Paulo avuga kw’abantu “birengagiza ukuri” kandi “kugaragara muri bo.” Bisigura yuko, ukuri kuza kuva muri bo bakanyinyurana nakwo, bakunigira mu menshi.
Mbega ukwo kuri kugaragara mu bantu bose ni ukuhe? Paulo yavuze yuko ukuri “kutaboneka n’amaso, ni inkomezi z’Imana z’ibihe bidashira na kamere kayo,” bigaragazwa n’“ivyo yaremye.” Abantu bamenya kw’Imana iriho igihe bitegereza ivyo yaremye.

Babibonamwo ubushobozi, baremera kw’izi kurema kandi kw’ifise ubwenge bwose n’ibindi ntarinze kuvuga.
Muri make, Paulo avuga yukw’ata muntu “afise ico yireguza.” Imana ishishikara kugendera abantu bose, ibihishurira ngo yoroshe imitima yabo, yama ibongorera. Imana ntihengeshanya guhamagara abantu bose mu bitangaza ibakorera imisi yose—icishiriza mu mashurwe, inyoni, inzoya, urubura, imihwi, amabungo, n’ibindi bintu.
Nimba Imana iriho kand’ihishurwa n’ivyo yaremye, abantu bose bategerezwa kuyumvira. Iryo hishurirwa yashize mu bantu bose rivuga ngo: Ihane! Ni co gituma, Paulo avuga k’umuntu wese amaze kwumva akamo k’Imana:
Ariko ndabaza: mbega ntibumvise? Ego, barumvise. “Ijwi ryavyo ryumvikanye mw’isi yose, bo n’amajambo yavyo kumpwera y’isi” (Rom. 10:18).
Paulo yarikw’avuga umurongo uzwi cane wo muri Zaburi 19, havuga ngo,
Ijuru ritangaza icubahiro c’Imana, itazanure ryaryo rimenyekanisha igikorwa c’intoke zayo. Umurango uvugana n’uwundi murango urudaca, ijoro rimenyesha irindi joro ubwenge. Nta majambo cank’ururimi biriho, ijwi ryavyo ntiryumvikana. Umugozi[ijwi] ubigera ushika mw’isi yose (Zaburi 19:1-4a, dushimikiye ku nsobanuro).
N’iyi mirongo yerekana kw’Imana ivugana n’abantu bose, ijoro n’umurango, icishirije mu vyo yaremye. Abemera ako kamo bakubita inkoro hasi bati, “Rurema Urahambaye, ni we wandemye, wandemye ngo ngendere mu bugombe bwawe. Ndakwishikaniye!”
Iyindi Nzira Imana Icishirizamwo (Another Means by Which God Speaks)
Hari irindi hishurirwa ry’imbere mu mutima, Imana ikoresha. Iryo ntirishingiye ku bintu yaremye, ni ijwi ryo mu mutima. Iryo jwi rihishura ivyagezwe vy’Imana mu mitima y’abantu. Paulo yanditse ati,
Abanyamahanga badafise ivyagezwe n’Imana iyo bakoze ibibwirizwa navyo kubwabo, baba bihindukiye ivyagezwe naho batabifise: kuko berekana igikorwa kibwirijwe n’ivyagezwe canditswe mu mitima yabo, ijwi ryo mu mitima yabo ribwiririkanya na co, ar’icabona cavyo, kand’ivyo biyumvira bifatanya kubarega canke kubaregura. Ni co kizoba ku musi Imana izocira amabanga y’abantu amateka muri Yesu Kristo, nk’uk’ubutumwa bwiza nahawe buvuga (Rom. 2:14-16).
Abantu bose barazi ikibi n’iciza. Umuntu wese arazi ibihimbara Imana n’ibitayihimbara. Ku musi w’amateka iryo jwi niryo rizotsinda canke rizotsindanishiriza abantu kuko bazi ibihimbara n’ibidahimbara Imana. Ukw’abantu bagenda bakura, ni ko bagenda bamenya ubuhinga bwo guhisha ivyaha vyabo no kwirengagiza ijwi ryo mu mutima, arikw’Imana ntireka kubamenye ivyagezwe vyayo.
Inzira ya Gatatu (A Third Means)
Izo sizo nzira Imana ifise gusa. Imana, umusiguzi asumba abandi, irafise iyindi nzira yo kuvugana n’abantu bayo. Reka dusome amajambo ya Paulo:
Uburake bw’Imana bwarahishuwe, buvuye mw’ijuru, ubwo irakira ukutayubaha kw’abantu n’ukugabiranya, banyikirisha ukuri ukugabitanya kwabo (Rom. 1:18, dushimikiye ku nsobanuro).
Paulo avuga k’uburake bw’Imana bumaze guhishurwa, ntibuzohishurwa muri kazoza. Uburake bw’Imana bugaragarira mu bintu bitera umubabaro, binini-binini canke bito-bito bishikira abari mw’isi. Imana ishobora gukora ico ishaka cose, umwanya uwariwo wese. Igihe ivyo bintu bishikiye abantu birengagiza Imana, bishobora kuba aribwo burake bw’Imana kuri bo. Ibipfu n’abahirika ivy’Imana nibo badashobora gutahura ivyo ndiko ndavuga. Imana iragaragaza ubuntu n’imbabazi zayo n’igihe irakira intabarirwa kuko kenshi usanga zidahanwa hakurikijwe ububi bwabo. Ahandi ho, abantu bose bopfuye batarihana. Iyi n’iyindi nzira Imana ikoresha mu gukebure abantu ntibapfe batarihana.
Inzira Ya Kane (A Fourth Means)
Imana ntikwegera abantu kuri Yesu icishirije gusa kuvyo yaremwe, ijwi ryo mu mutima, cank’ivyago, hari igihe icishiriza mu butumwa bwiza. Igihe abakozi bayo bakavuga inkuru nziza, bwa butumwa bw’ivyo yaremye, bw’ijwi ryo mu mutima, cank’ivyago busubira gushimikirwako. Nabwo ni ubu: Ihane!
Aho tugeza hose mw’ivugabutumwa ntidushobora gushikira urugezo rw’ivyo Imana ikora. Imana ntihengeshanya kwongorera abantu bose n’imisi yose y’ubuzima bwabo. Nahw’abavugabutumwa boba rurangiranwa bakabwiriza abantu ibihumbi amajana, usanga babikora rimwe gusa canke rimwe mu myaka myinshi. Usanga babwiriza umurwi cank’ubwoko bumwe bw’abantu. Ubwo butumwa ntibwama bwakirwa n’ababubwirwa bose, ni co gituma abavugabutumwa bategetswe gukunkumura umukungugu w’ibirenge vyabo igihe igisagara cank’inzu kanaka yanse kubakira (raba Mat. 10:14). Ibi vyose bitwereka yukw’igihe tugereranije ubutumwa Imana yama ibwira abantu mu mitima yabo n’ubutumwa abavugabutumwa bavuga dusanga bitandukanye.
Iyi ntambuko ituma dutahura cane ico tujejwe mu gikorwa co kuvuga ubutumwa no kwubaka ubwami bw’Imana. Imbere yo kuraba igikorwa cacu mw’ivugabutumwa, hari ikindi kintu dutegerezwa kumenya.
Nk’uko tumaze kubivuga, kwizera no kwihana bigirirwa mu mitima y’abantu. Imana ishaka k’umuntu wese aca bugufi, yorosha umutima wiwe, yihana akizera Yesu. Gushika ku musi w’iherezo, Imana ntizohengeshanya gukorera mu mitima y’abantu mur’ubwo buryo tuhejeje kubona.
Imana irazi ingene umutima w’umuntu umeze. Irazi abafise imitima yiyoroheje n’abafise imitima ikomantaye. Irazi uwitaho ubutumwa bwayo n’uwubwirengagiza. Irazi abashobora kwugururwa umutima n’ivyago bibashikiye bakihana. Irazi abafise imitima ikomantaye banse kwihana. Ishingiro rya #1 (Principle #1)
Ica mbere, ntivyumvikana ingene Imana, Umusiguzi aruta abandi ashobora gukora igikorwa cose ku bice 95% mw’ivugabutumwa. Ni kuki itarungika abakozi kuvuga ubutumwa ku bantu bafise imitima imenetse mu gishingo co kubarungika kububwira abagarariji? Ni ikibazo niyumvira nanje.
Mbega vyose ntibishobokera Imana, Yo ishobora kubwiriza umuntu umwanya wose ishitse, ni kuki irinda kurungika abantu batitaho ivy’ubutumwa ngw’abe aribo babuvuga? Mbega vya bice 5% ni kuki itavyemeza nk’uko yemeza bamwe 95% bemera ubutumwa? Nagira ngo Imana ishobora kubarungika ibihano ngw’imitima yabo ice bugufi abavugabutumwa irungitse kububwira abo bantu borohorerwe mu gikorwa.
Har’abavugakw’Imana irungika abakozi bayo ku bantu izi neza ko batihana kugira ngo kw’iherezo ntibaze baronke ico bireguza. Wame umenya yuko, nk’ukw’ivyanditswe bivuga, abo bantu basanzwe badashobora kwiregura imbere y’Imana kuko yama ibinginga icishirije mu vyo yaremye (raba Rom. 1:20). Igihe Imana irungika umwe mu bakozi bayo kuri abo bantu, s’ukugira ngo baze bacirwekw’iteka, ahubwo ni kugirango bongere icaha ku kindi.
Nimba Imana ishoboye kurungika abakozi bayo ku bantu biteguye kwemera ubutumwa, twebwe rero, nk’abakozi bayo, dutegerezwa gusaba Imana ubwenge no kurongorwa nayo tuje ah’ivyimburwa vyeze.
Akarorero ko mu Vyanditswe (A Scriptural Example)
Iryo shingiro ryerekanwa neza mu gikorwa ca Filipo umuvugabutumwa nk’uko tubisanga mu Vyakozwe n’Intumwa. Filipo yabwirije abantu bumvira ubutumwa muri Samariya, ariko yabwiwe n’umumarayika gufata iyindi nzira. Ashikira umuntu Imana yateguye kuko yar’asanzwe afise iyo nyota:
Ava hasi, aragenda. Haza umunyetiyopiya, inkone y’ububasha bwinshi yakorera Kanidake, umugabekazi w’abanyetiyopiya, ni we yasezerwa itunga ryiwe ryose, yari yagiye i Yerusalemu gusenga. Yahindukiye yicaye mu mukogote wiwe ukwegwa n’amafarasi, asoma muri Yesaya yavugishwa n’Imana. Mpwemu abarira Filipo, ati “Ni wegere uriya mukogote, ugendane na wo.” Filipo yirukirayo, yumva asoma muri Yesaya yavugishwa n’Imana; aramubaza, at’”ivyo usoma urabitahuye?” Na we ati “Nobishobora nte, ntabonye uwubindongoramwo?” Yinginga Filipo ngo yurire bicarane. Igihimba co mu vyanditswe yasoma car’iki:
Yajanywe nk’intama bajana mw’ibagiro, nk’uk’umwagazi w’intama utekerereza imbere y’uwukemura, ni kw’atakuyeko umunwa. Hamwe yacishwa bugufi barenganye urubanza rwiwe, ab’urunganwe rwiwe ni nde azoshobora kubadondora? Kuk’ubugingo bwiwe bukuwe mw’isi.
Iyo nkone ibaza Filipo, iti “Ndakubaza: uwavugishwa n’Imana yavuze ayo majambo kuri nde? Ni we yayivuzeko canke yayavuze ku wundi?” Filipo ateranura akanwa, atangurira kur’ivyo vyanditswe, amubwira ubutumwa bwiza bwa Kristo. Bakigenda mu nzira, bashika ah’ar’amazi, iyo nkone iramubaza iti, “Ehe amazi: ikimbuza kubatizwa n’iki? Filipo arayishura, ati “Namba wizeye mu mutima wawe wose birashoboka. Nayo iti “Nizeye Yesu Kristo kw’ar’Umwana w’Imana.” Ivugako bahagarika umukogote, baramanukana baja mu mazi bompi, Filipo ni yo nkone, arayibatiza. Bavuye mu mazi Mpwemu w’Umwami Imana ajana Filipo, inkone ntiyasubira kumubona, kuko yashishikaye kugenda inezerewe (Ivyak. 8:26-39).
Filipo yarongowe na mpwemu kuja ku muntu yar’ashonje mu mpwemu. Uyo luntu yari mu rugendo rumushikana i Yerusalemu avuye muri Afrika agiye gusenga Imana. Uyo muntu yar’afise umuzingo w’ivyanditswe wanditseko ivyo Yesaya yavugishijwe. Yarikw’asoma igice ca Yesaya 53. Ico gice cerekana cane ugucungurwa twahawe na Kristo. Kuyoborwa na Mpwemu ku bantu biteguriye kwakira ubutumwa biraryoshe kuruta kwijana ku bantu b’ingare bitumwe n’uko twiyumvirako bashobora kwizera. Ntiwibagire—umuntu wese ubona agendagenda aba afise ijwi mu mutima rimugobera guhindukirira Imana. Vyoba vyiza kubaza abantu ico bumva mu mitima yabo kugira ngo tumenyeko biteguye canke batiteguye, kuk’umuntu wese afise ijwi rimwagiriza mu mutima wiwe.
Akandi karorero tukiri kur’iri shingiro rya mbere ni ukwihana kw’abo mu nzu ya Korneliyo igihe babwirizwa na Petero. Yesu yadutegetse kuvuga ubutumwa butuma abantu “bihana bagaharirwa ivyaha” (Luka 24:47). Iryo jambo ryemeza ivyo Imana yama ibwira abanyavyaha mu buryo bwinshi bigatuma umunyavyaha arokora ubugingo bwiwe. Kuvuga ubutumwa bikora ku mitima y’abantu kandi bikomeretsa ab’imitima ikomantaye. Oya, abo bantu ntitwovuga ko batazi ukuri. Barashobora kuba batazi ibintu vyose uwizera asoma Bibiliya azi, ariko barazi ibintu vyose Imana yabahishuriye icishirije mu vyo yaremye, mw’ijwi ryo mu mutima cank’ivyago vyagiye bibashikako. Paulo yanditse ku vy’ukutamenya kw’abatizera kand’ahishura isoko ry’ukutamenya:
Ni co gitumye mvuga ibi, nkabishingira intahe mu mwami wacu, ngo ntimube mukigenda nk’ukw’abanyamahanga bagenda, bagendera mu bitagira ikimazi vyo mu bwenge bwabo, ivyiyumviro vyabo biri mu mwiza, batandukanijwe n’ubugingo buva ku Mana kubw’uk’utamenya kuri muri bo, n’ugukomantara kw’imitima yabo; kandi babaye ibiti, bishira mu ngeso z’isoni nke, gukora ibihumanya vy’uburyo bwose bifatanije n’ukwifuza (Efe. 4:17-19).
Menyakw’igituma abanyamahanga bari mu kutamenya ni “kubera yuko bakomantaje imitima.” Paulo avuga ko “babaye ibiti.” Yarasobanuye cane ingene iyo mitima imeze. Iminwe ihanda igihe umuntu ayikoresha ibikorwa bigumye. Nk’uko nyene, igihe abantu bashishikara kwanka ubutumwa, imitima yabo icika ibiti, bigatuma itakinyiganyizwa n’ijambo ry’Imana. Ni co gituma ubushakashatsi bwerekana yukw’imitima y’abantu igenda iba ibiti ukw’abantu bashishikara gukura. Ukw’umuntu akura, nikw’ukutihana kwiwe kugunda kwongerekana. Abavugabutumwa b’ubwenge batumbera abakiri bato.
Ukwiyagiriza kw’Abadakijijwe (The Guilt of the Unbelieving)
Turamaze kubona yukw’Imana ituma abantu bumva ijwi ribacira imanza mu mitima yabo n’aho batarigera kwumva ubutumwa bwiza. Iy’Imana itaba ituma imitima yabo ibacira imanza ntiyari gushobora kubahana. Igituma ibahana, n’ukw’imitima yabo ibahanura ntibumve, kandi kubera yukw’Imana ibaharurakw’icaha, bategerezwa kumenya yukw’ivyo bakora bidahimbara Imana.
Inzira imwe muz’Imana ikoresha mu guhana abayirwanya no kwanka kwihana ni “kubarekera” mu vyifuzo vyabo bibi kugira ngo babe abaja no kwononekara cane. Paulo yanditse ati:
Kuko bamenye Imana ntibayubahe nk’Imana, ntibayishime, ariko bacitse abiyumvira ivy’ubusa, imitima yabo y’imburabwenge icura umwiza. Biyise abanyabwenge bacika ibipfu, icubahiro c’Imana idapfa baragikaba ngo basenge ibishushanyo bisa n’umuntu apfa, n’ivy’ibiguruka n’ivy’ibigenza amaguru ane n’ivy’ibikwega inda hasi.
Ni co catumye Imana ibaheba ngo bakore ibiteye isoni, bumvire ivy’imitima yabo yifuza, bonono imibiri yabo, kuk’ukuri kw’Imana bagukavye ibinyoma, bagasenga bagakorera icaremwe, bakirutisha Iyakiremye, ni yo ikwiye gushimwa ibihe bidashira: Amen.
Ni co catumye Imana ibaheba ngo bifuze ivyonona: kukw’abagore babo ic’imibiri yabo yaremewe bagihinduye ukundi, itaremewe. Kandi n’abagabo n’uko, baretse kugirira abagore ivy’imibiri yabo yaremewe, bashuha babengukana, abagabo bagirira abandi bagabo ibiteye isoni, kandi mu mibiri yabo bahabwa ingero zikwiranye n’ubuzimire bwabo.
Kandi nk’uko banse kumenya Imana mu mitima yabo, ni kw’ Imana yabahevye ngo bagire imitima y’akahebwe bakore ibitabereye, buzuye ukugabitanya kwose, no kugira nabi, no kwifuza, n’urwanko rw’ubusa: buzuye n’ingono, n’ubwicanyi, no gutonganya, n’ubugunge, no kwitamba ku muvyimba; n’abaneguranira mu vyongererano, n’abavuga abandi nabi, n’abanka Imana, n’abatukana, n’abibona, n’abirarira, n’abigenera ibibi, n’abatumvira abavyeyi, n’ibipfu, n’abava mw’isezerano, n’abadakunda n’ababo, m’imburakigongwe. Abo, naho bamenye urubanza Imana ca, yukw’abakora ibisa birtyo bakwiye gupfa, ntibabikura gusa, ariko batako bagashima n’ababikora. (Rom. 1:21-32, hongeweko insobanuro).
Raba ingene Paulo yavuze ku vyaha n’igihano c’abanyavyaha imbere y’Imana. Abatarakizwa “baramenye Imana,” ariko “ntibayubashe nk’Imana, canke bayishime.” “Bakavye ukuri kw’Imana n’ikinyoma,” kuko bamenye ukuri kw’Imana. Rero Imana “yarabahevye” mu bigabitanyo vyabo, gushika aho abantu bakora ivyaha bimaramaza, barahumana bajakarira icaha. Vy’ukuri Imana ivuga iti, “ugomba gukorera icaha no kunkorera? Rero bandanya. Sindakubuza, kandi nik’uzobandanya buhorobuhoro kujakarira imana yawe ukunda.”

Ntivyumvikana!” har’abaharira bavugakw’Imana ari yo yaremye abo “bantu n’uko kwifuza”(nk’uko bakunda kubigira icitwazo c’ubuzimire bwabo), ariko mu buryo bwa shingiwe akarimbi, no kubera yuko yizigirako bakanguka bagashobora kwihana no kuronka ubuntu butangaje.
S’abagabo bihumanya n’abandi bagabo bakwiriye kwibaza iki kibazo gusa. Paulo yaravuze ivyaha bitandukanye bishira abantu mu buja bisobanurwa nk’igihano c’Imana kur’abo bantu banka kuyikorera. Amamiriyoni y’abantu ategerezwa kwibaza igituma bakora nk’inyamaswa. “Ni kuki ngirira urwanko umuryango wanje bwite?” “Nikuki nezerezwa no kwamamaza urusaku?” “Ni kuki ntigera mbumbwa n’ivyo ntunze?” “Ni kuki nkwegerwa mu kuraba amashusho y’ubusambanyi n’ibihumanya?” Imana yarabaretse ngo babe abaja b’imana yabo ari co caha.
Nta nkeka, umuntu wese arashobora kworosha umutima wiwe igihe kanaka, akihana no kwizera Yesu. Bamwe mu banyavyaha bakomantaje imitima kw’isi baremeye guhinduka, Imana irabaharira no kubabohora bava mu vyaha vyabo! Umuntu agihabwa guhema, Imana iba irikw’imuha akaryo ko kwihana.
Nta Vyitwazo (No Excuses)
Paulo avugakw’abanyavyaha batagira ico bireguza. Igihe bacira abandi imanza baba berekanye ko bazi ikibi n’iciza, ico ni co gituma Imana ibacira urubanza:
Ni co gituma utagira ico wireguza, wewe muntu wese uhinyura uwundi. K’uhinyura uwundi, uba witsindanishije; kuko wewe uhinyura ukora bimwe n’ivy’akora. Ariko turazi yuk’urubanza rw’Imana ar’urw’ukuri, urwo icira abakora ibisa birtyo. Wewe ga muntu, uhinyura abakora ibisa birtyo, nawe ubikora, mbega wiyumvira yuk’uzokira urubanza Imana ica? Cank’ukengera itunfa ryo kugira neza kwayo n’iry’imbabazi zayo n’iry’ukwihangana kwayo? Ntuzi yuko kugira neza kw’Imana kugushikana ku kwihana? (Rom. 2:1-4).
Paulo aravuze igituma Imana yihangana kandi igirira abantu imbabazi, ni kugira abantu bihane. Arabandanya kuvuga k’ukwihangana kw’Imana ari akaryo ko kwihana. Paulo ahishura kw’abihanye n’abejejwe aribo bazoragwa ubwami bw’Imana gusa:
Ariko kuk’ufise umutima ukomantaye utihana, wirindiriza uburake buzoba ku musi wo kuraka, ah’amateka abereye y’Imana azohishurwa, izokwishura umuntu wese ibikwiranye n’ivyo yakoze. Abarondera ubwiza n’icubahiro no kudapfa, bahora bakora ivyiza bihanganye, izobishura ubugingo budashira. Ariko ku bakebana ntibumvire ivy’ukuri, ariko bakumvira ukugabitanya, hazoba uburake no guhambarirwa n’amarushwa n’ivyago ku bugingo bw’umuntu wese akora ibibi, uhereye ku Muyuda, ukageza ku Mugiriki. Arik’ubwiza n’icubahiro n’amahoro bizoba ku muntu wese akora ivyiza, uhereye ku Muyuda, ukageza ku Mugiriki (Rom. 2:5-10).
Vy’ukuri, Paulo ntiyemeranya n’abantu bigisha abandi ko “kwemera Yesu nk’Umukiza” bidashobora kuzana ubugingo budashira. Ahubwo, ubwo bugingo budashira buhabwa abihana n’“abashishikara gukora ivyiza, bazoronka icubahiro n’ubwiza n’ukudapfa.”
Mbega ibi bisigurak’umuntu ashobora gushishikara gukora ivy’idini ntiyiteho ivy’ubukristo arikw’agakizwa igihe cose yihanye no kwumvira Imana?
Oya, nta gakiza atari muri Yesu kubw’imvo zitandukanye, imwe muri zo n’uko Yesu gusa ari we ashobora kubohora umuntu akamukura mu buja bw’icaha.
Arikw’igihe bashaka kwihana, bomenya gute guhamagara Yesu kandi batigeze kwumva ah’avugwa?
Imana yigisha imitima y’abantu bose, yishura umuntu wese ayirondera n’umutima utagira uburyarya. Yesu yasezeranye kw’”Uwurondera aronka” (Mat. 7:7), kand’Imana irindiriye kw’abantu bose bayihimbaza (raba Ivyak. 17:26-27). Ndamaze kwumva abantu benshi baba ahantu ata butumwa burashika ariko bakihana kubera ukwerekwa no guhishirirwa kubatahuza ivya Yesu.
Igituma Abantu Baba Abanyedini (Why People Are Religious)
Ikibituma ni ukw’abo banyedini batarondera Imana n’imitima yabo. Bitwa abanyedini kuko bajejwe kurondera ivyitwazo bishigikira canke bikingira ivyaha vyabo. Bihisha mw’idine kanaka gusa, ntibumviriza n’ijwi ryo mu mutima. Idini ryabo ribabwira ko batazoja mu muriro. Abo “bakristo” b’abanyedini (hamwe n’abigisha ubuntu bwa make) ntaho batndukaniye n’abasenga imana yitwa Buda, canke Abayisilamu n’Abahindu. N’aho bashitsa ivyagezwe vy’amadini yabo, amajwi yo mu mitima yabo ntahengeshanya kubagiriza ivyaha.
Igihe Umuyoboke w’idini rya Buda apfukamiye ikigirwamana ciwe cank’ibishegu vyavo, ijwi ryo mu mutima wiwe riramubwira kw’ivyo agize ari bibi. Igiye Umuhindu asigura igituma adashobora gufasha umworo w’umusezi ku nzira yiwe, avugakw’ivyaha yakoze kera akiri mu bundi buzima nivyo bitumye agorwa mur’ubu buzima, n’uyu nyene ijwi ryo mu mutima wiwe ntirihengeshanya kumubwira kw’agize nabi. Igihe intagondwa y’Umuyisilamu iciye umutwe “intakebwa” mw’izina rya Allah, ijwi ryo mu mutima rimuramutahuza uburyarya n’ubwicanyi bwiwe. Igihe “umukristo” yirundaniriza ubutunzi kw’isi, akarangwa n’ubusambanyi bw’ubwoko bwose, akarementaniriza bene Data mw’ishengero, akaguma yibesha ngw’arakijijwe kuko turi mu gihe c’ubuntu, umutima wiwe uramucira urubanza. Utu twose ni uturorero tw’abantu baguma mu vyaha kukw’amadini yabo y’ibinyoma abaremesha no kubahishira ingeso. “Ukugororoka” umunyedini yishimira kumujana kure cane y’ubugombe bw’Imana.
Ibi vyose bitwereka kw’Imana itagira nkunzi kand’abantu bose bahisemwo gukurikira amadini yabo y’ibinyoma batazovuga kw’ata muntu yababwiye ukuri banka kukwizera. Kandi nta muntu ashobora kubeshera ishengero avuga ko ritamubwiye ubutumwa bwiza.
N’aho tuzi yukw’Imana itegeka ishengero ryayo kubwira amahanga ubutumwa bwiza, ukwumvira uburongozi bwa Mpwemu Yera kudufasha kumenya “ah’ivyimburwa vyeze” (raba Yohana 4:35), ni ahantu harimwo abantu biteguye kwakira ubutumwa kukw’Imana imaze kworosha imitima yabo mu buryo butandukanye

Ishingiro rya nyuma dusanga mu vyanditswe twayibone mu gice giheruka: nimba Imana icira imanza abanyavyaha kugira ibacishe bugufi mu mitima yabo, dutegerezwa kumenya yukw’imitima y’abanyavyaha bamaze guca muri vyo canke bamaze kwigishwa na vyo yoroshe. Ivyago birashobora kuba umuryango wo gukizwa kw’abantu bari basanzwe ari ibigonde.
Abakristo bategerezwa gutegura umwanya wo kubwira ubutumwa bwiza abantu bashikiwe n’ivyago. Abaheruka kubura abakunzi, barashobora kwumviriza ic’Imana igomba kubabwira muri ubwo butumwa. Igihe nari ndongoye ishengero rinini, navuga ubutumwa bwiza nisanzuye igihe tugiye guhamba. Ivyanditswe bivuga ngo, “Ni vyiza kuja mu nzu y’abagandaye kuruta kuja mu nzu y’intumire: kukw’ari ryo herezo ry’abantu bose, kand’ukiriho abishirah’umutima (Umus. 7:2, dushimikiye ku nsobanuro).
Igihe abantu barwaye, bahomvye, bahukanye, bashikiwe n’ivyago n’izindi ngaruka mbi z’ivyaha, bategerezwa kumenyeshwa yukw’ivyago baronse ari inkebuzo. Imana icishiriza mu mibabaro y’igihe gito kugira ngw’ikize abanyavyaha urubanza rw’ibihe bidashira.
Incamake (In Summary)
Imana ni yo yiyubakira ubwami bwayo. Twebwe twahawe gukorana nayo turongowe nayo.
Abizera bose bategerezwa kwama bejejwe bumvira Imana kugira ngw’abagendera mu mwiza bihane igihe cose babitegereje. Abizera bama biteguye guha inyishu umuntu wese ababajije inyanduruko yo kwizera kwabo.
Imana yama itera akamo abantu bose bace bugufi kandi bihane mu mitima yabo, ivugana nabo icishirije mu vyo yaremye, ijwi ryo mu mitima, ingorane cank’ivyago, cane cane mu butumwa bwiza.
Abanyavyaha baraziko batumvira Imana, ko bazobazwa ivyo bakoze vyose n’icatumye banka kwizera izo mburi. Icaha cabo cerekana ko bakomantaje imitima. Bagendera mu buzimire no mu buja bw’icaha, uburake bw’Imana buzoziriringa kuri bo.
Abanyedini ntibarondera ukuri. Bironderera ivyitwazo bishigikira ivyaha vyabo, ni co gituma bizera ibinyoma vy’amadini yabo.
Imana irazi umutima w’umuntu wese. N’aho yoturungika kuvuga ubutumwa mu bantu b’abahakanyi ruhebwa, twame tuziko ishobora kuturungika kubuvuga no mu bantu biteguye kubwakira.
Kubera kw’Imana ishobora no gukoresha ivyago bitandukanye ngw’imitima y’abantu yizera kukw’ibabaye, igihe cose icago giteye tumenya kw’igihe co kuvuga ubutumwa kigeze.
Imana ishaka yuko dushira amahanga ubutumwa bwiza, kugira dushitse iryo tegeko rikuru Imana ishakako twemera kurongorwa na Mpwemu Yera nk’uko tubibona mu gitabo c’Ivyakozwe n’Intumwa.
Imana yihishurira umuntu wese ayirondera n’umutima utagira uburyarya.
Imana ishaka yuk’ubutumwa bwacu bwemeranya n’ubwiwe.
Umusi umwe hazoba abaserukira ubwoko bwose bw’abantu basenga Imana imbere y’intebe yayo y’inganji, kandi twese dutegerezwa kwemera gukorana n’Imana kugirangw’ivyo bishike.
